According to the Fawcett Society, the mean gender pay gap for full-time workers has increased to 11.3% this year, up from 10.4% last year. This gap translates to women earning, on average, ยฃ631 less per month than men for full-time work. It's a frustrating and unacceptable disparity that requires urgent action.
