How long does shipping take?

UK orders go out same day if placed before 2pm on a working day. Most countries arrive in under a week. Pick your region for the full breakdown.

Order before 2pm on a working day and your bra ships the same day. Our fulfilment centre is closed on weekends and bank holidays.

What's the return process?

A return takes about two minutes to start. UK and US customers get a prepaid label by email. EU and rest-of-world customers organise their own postage to the local fulfilment centre.

Refund or exchange for a different size, book a free online fitting if you need assistance.

Post it back

Pop the bra (unworn, tags on) into a padded mailer. Print the label or grab a QR code and drop it at any post office.

How long does UK delivery take?

Standard tracked UK delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. DPD next-day arrives in 1 to 2 working days. UK orders placed before 2pm on a working day ship the same day. Live rates are shown at checkout.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes. We're currently able to offer UK and US customers one free exchange within 28 days of delivery. We email you a prepaid label after you start the return in the portal. The replacement size ships as soon as your original arrives back at our warehouse.

What if my MAAREE bra does not fit?

Book a free virtual fitting before you post anything back. A MAAREE fit expert will check your size on a 15-minute video call and recommend the right cup, band, and Overbandยฎ placement. Many fittings end with the customer keeping their first order as only a small fit adjustment is needed.

Will I be charged duties or VAT on EU orders?

No. Deliveries to the EU are not subject to additional duties or VAT charges on arrival (excluding Norway and Switzerland). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.

How do I track my order?

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email within an hour of dispatch. You can also log into your account and view live tracking from there.

My order has not arrived. What now?

Check the tracking link in your dispatch email first. If it has not updated for 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international), please contact your courier provider first as they will have the most accurate information. Otherwise, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate further.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Our warehouses work pretty fast, so most of the time we're unable to make amendments to orders after they have been placed. However, if your order has not been dispatched and timing is on our side, please. contact us and we'll do our best to amend. Once it is with the courier, we cannot redirect it.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses?

Mostly we are able toship to APO/FPO addresses in the US via USPS standard tracked. However, there may be the odd occasion where it is not possible. We will reach out to you to ask for an alternative address if this happens.

PO Boxes are accepted in most countries, but tracked next-day services need a physical address. Pick standard tracked at checkout for a PO Box.
