You will find below all MAAREE warranty policy details offered by MAAREE and MAAREE authorised retailers.

This warranty policy is valid as of 13th December 2023.

I. Limited Warranty 

MAAREE provides this warranty to consumers who purchased MAAREE sports bra (Sports Bra(s)) from MAAREE or one of it authorised retailers. MAAREE warrants all new Sports Bras to be free from chafing issues for the Warranty Period as defined below. This warranty applies only against chafing discovered within the Warranty Period and extends only to the original purchaser of the Sports Bra. MAAREE will take all reasonable care to ensure the Sports Bras meet their description and specifications, however it is your responsibility to ensure that the Sports Bras you purchase are designed for your own intended use.

This warranty is valid and enforceable only in the country where the Sports Bras was purchased by the original purchaser, provided that MAAREE has intended that the Sports Bra be offered for sale in that country. This warranty is also enforceable in any country within European Economic Area where MAAREE has an authorised importer, subsidiary or distributor. Please refer to the MAAREE authorised retailers list. Depending on the country, particular and variable warranties may apply in relation to applicable legislation; to the extent that such warranties may not be excluded or limited by applicable law, nothing in this warranty policy shall exclude or limit these statutory provisions.

Warranty Period

The Warranty Period starts on the date of the retail purchase of the Sports Bra by the original purchaser. The Sports Bra may consist of several different parts and different parts may be covered by different Warranty Periods (please refer to the Warranty Periods below for all warranties that may apply to your Product).

The Warranty Periods are:
a. For ninety (90) days after the purchase of a new MAAREE sports bra(s) from maaree.com.

To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the Warranty Period will not be extended, renewed or otherwise affected due to subsequent resale, repair or replacement of the Sports Bra. However, part(s) repaired or replacement Sports Bra(s) issued during the Warranty Period will be warranted for the reminder of the original Warranty Period only; provided, such replacement or repair has been performed by MAAREE or an authorised MAAREE retailer. Depending on the country, longer minimum Warranty Periods may be mandatory under applicable legislation in which case the Warranty Periods stated in this warranty shall be amended, if and to the extent necessary, in order to comply with such applicable legislation

II. Conditions and Restrictions 

1. This Limited warranty: does not cover: 
a) Normal wear and tear of the Sports Bra
b) Defects caused by the transportation (other than the initial delivery from MAAREE to the purchaser) or storage of the Sports Bra
c) Defects or damage caused by improper use, storage or neglecting the care instructions.
d) Damages due to non observance of the instructions of the Sports Bra’s user manual
e) Damages due to the modifications of the Sports Bra
f) Any impact caused by sharp or hard items or objects, due to torsion, compression, a fall, an abnormal impact or other actions not under MAAREE’s reasonable control.
g) Any Re:Rack Sports Bras.

2. This limited warranty is not enforceable if :
a. The Sports Bra has been modified or repaired by any person or entity other than MAAREE or an authorised MAAREE retailer; 
b. The Sports Bra has been repaired with unauthorised spare parts; 
c. The Sports Bra serial number has been removed, deleted, altered or made illegible; 
d. The claimant is not the original purchaser; 
e. The claimant is not able to provide proof of purchase.
f. The claimant did not partake in a MAAREE online fitting beforehand using the same email account.
g. The claimant purchased a different size to that advised by a MAAREE authorised fitter.

III.- Warranty Enforcement.

MAAREE or its authorised retailer shall at its sole discretion either (a) repair the Sports Bra or (b) replace the Sports Bra at no charge. The appropriate remedy will be determined by MAAREE based upon the following considerations: (a) the price/value of the Sports Bra (without Defect), (b) the significance of the Sports Bra, and (c) the inconvenience each remedy would place on the original purchaser. MAAREE agrees that all repair or replacement of the Sports Bra will be carried out within a reasonable period.

For all warranty claims, please submit the Sports Bra and the proof of purchase to the nearest authorised MAAREE retailer or in the event you purchased the Sports Bra on MAAREE Online Store, please contact Customer Service. IV.- Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAWS, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. MAAREE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ECONOMIC, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF ANTICIPATED BENEFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF REVENUE, COST OF ANY SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT OR FACILITIES, CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THE WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, OR ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE CLAIM OR EVENT OR OMISSION GIVING RISE TO ANY CLAIM.

In relation to purchases made in the United Kingdom, this warranty shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law; and all of the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any dispute which arises under or in connection with this warranty. To the extent that English law applies to this warranty or any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with it, nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other type of liability which may not be lawfully excluded or limited. 

V.- Starting the Claim

All claims must be started by reaching out to the MAAREE customer care team via our 'Contact Us' page within the 90-day period of your order date. Proof of purchase and order number will be required and the customers service representative will then guide you through the rest of the process. A repair or replacement will be issued and postage costs will need to be covered by the customer.

Please note, we will not be able to claim under the warranty if your sports bra has been ordered via Amazon. Amazon will be responsible for your order and you will need to reach out to their team regarding any product questions you may have.

Thank you for buying this MAAREE® sports bra. They are constructed using the finest materials available and high-quality components. However it is recommended you follow these care instructions for the life of the product

General care: After each use of the product it is recommended that they should be kept clean and free of dirt and mud to prevent bacteria build up and premature ageing. Sports bras should never be cleaned in a washing machine above 40 degrees and never be tumble dried. They should be dried at room temperature without the aid of an external heat source including the sun.
